To remove the integration risk between the mold and the hot runner, HATSYS can quote and manufacture the complete mold to the customer’s specification.
A single project can cover part analysis, mold engineering, hot runner integration, simulation, manufacturing, assembly, trials, documentation and project warranty under the agreed terms. This approach assigns responsibility for the complete result to one supplier.

HATSYS projects and GDS support
Does HATSYS supply only hot runner components?
No. In addition to nozzles, manifolds, valve gates, controllers and Hot Halves, HATSYS can engineer and manufacture complete turnkey injection molds to the customer’s specification.
What information is required for a quotation?
A 2D or 3D drawing, complete resin specification, part weight, number of cavities, intended molding machine, target cycle, permitted gate locations and cosmetic requirements.
How is support managed in Italy?
GDS receives the request and coordinates the technical discussion with HATSYS. The initial response is normally provided within 24/48 working hours.
Can the system be supplied already assembled?
Yes. A Hot Half can include plates, manifold, nozzles, wiring, connectors and, for valve gate systems, actuators and control circuits that have already been assembled and tested.
