Is it always better than Meister Finish?

No. It is specialized: it is recommended when higher thermal resistance or continuous use with vibration / ultrasound is required.

Which grits are available?

120, 220, 400, 800, and 1200 across the main sizes indicated.

Can it be used manually?

Its key advantage is continuous operation with power tools; for purely manual use, Meister Finish is usually sufficient.
