    • confirmation that the operations referred to in point 3 have been notified, including their content, to the parties to whom the data was disclosed or disseminated, unless this proves impossible or involves a manifestly disproportionate effort compared with the right being protected.
  4. The data subject has the right to object, in whole or in part:

The Data Controller under applicable law is Consiglio Abrasivi S.r.l., with registered office at Viale Sarca 336, 20126 Milan (MI), Italy.

Data Processor

The web-hosting providers used by Consiglio Abrasivi S.r.l. and processing data on its behalf are appointed as Data Processors, are located within the European Economic Area and operate in accordance with European legislation.
Third parties processing data on behalf of the Data Controller are appointed as Data Processors.

Place of Data Processing

Processing connected with the web services offered by this website, which is hosted at a data centre located within the European Union (supplier code reference 00261), is carried out at the premises of the company acting as Data Controller and is handled only by employees, collaborators or shareholders of Consiglio Abrasivi S.r.l. authorised to process the data, or by personnel assigned to occasional maintenance operations.

No data deriving from the web service is disclosed or disseminated.

Personal data provided by users accessing the service is used solely to provide the service or fulfil the request and is disclosed to third parties only where necessary for that purpose.

Termination of Processing

If processing is terminated for any reason, pursuant to Article 16 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 and Article 17 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679, your data will be:

Log files
